JOB OVERVIEW
SME Bank of Cambodia is in stage of implementing its remaining CBS modules SWIFT, NBC Bakong/FAST, and stabilizing its core, while there are remaining gaps to be addressed and supported. The incumbent is to provide routine support on Core Banking System, CBS related projects implementation development of MIS application and reports. Internal and regulatory reports will be developed by internal team for cost optimization and talent building.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Core Banking System
- Support the implementation of Information Systems and digital
- technology-related projects, maintain project plans and documentations
- Manage issue and change, and coordinate with vendors for resolutions
- Analyze business and technical requirements
- Build/Maintain in-house software application, MIS and regulatory reports
- Develop/Improve SOP, Policy and Procedures
- Ensure compliance to policy, internal/external audit, and regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Management Information Systems or other related fields
- At least 2 to 3-year experience in software development from Banking industry or MFIs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical and organization skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, SQL Reporting Service, Analysis Service, and/or Business Intelligent tools
- Experience in design and develop reports and data visualization dashboards
- Experience in writing complex queries and data analysis in various databases
- Knowledge of version control tools: GitHub, GitLab, or Subversion
