[Phnom Penh, November 19-20, 2024] – SME Bank of Cambodia, in collaboration with the Policy Research Institute (PRI), the Ministry of Finance, Japan; and the Micro Business and Individual Unit, Japan Finance Corporation (JFC-Micro), conducted a seminar on “Credit Analysis”, attended by 33 participants, including management, branch managers, and staff of SME Bank of Cambodia.

This training initiative aimed to equip participants with insightful knowledge and strategies for effective credit analysis and SME business opportunities, thereby enhancing access to finance for SMEs in Cambodia.

Notably, the commendable outcomes of the trainings demonstrate a testament to the shared vision and commitment to fostering business inclusion and solidifying the partnership outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia and the PRI, Ministry of Finance of Japan, through SME Bank of Cambodia, and JFC-Micro, signed in June 2023.
