The SME Co-Financing Scheme (the “SCFS”) is to facilitate the provision of financing to registered and unregistered SMEs in an effective and sustainable manner to support local small and medium enterprises; in order to increase economic diversification and expand export volumes, coherent with the policies set out by the Royal Government of Cambodia.
